Recipe for our super light, refined sugar free bliss balls, sweetened only with dates, loaded with cacao which is full of anti-oxidants, dairy-free and gluten free, is sure to satisfy all taste-buds.
Recipe:
2 cups dates (pre-soaked)
2 cups raw walnuts
4 tbs peanut butter
3 tbs cinnamon
6 tbs coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1/2 cup shredded coconut to cover
Method:
Simply blitz dates, walnuts, then add peanut butter, melted coconut oil, cacao powder, vanilla, cinnamon. Ensure the paste is all blended together so you can scoop and roll into balls (use tablespoon as measuring when making balls).
Coat them in coconut and place in tray in fridge until they set for 2-3 hours or freezer for quick set and then keep refrigerated and enjoy!
