We believe that feeling whole, being well is our birth right. But since we are constantly evolving, expanding, healing and growing - so to is our wholeness.
• Step 1
Always honour where you are in life, your health, your home, your wellbeing and tune into it daily with a heart full of gratitude. Gratitude is the holy grail of wholeness and wellness.
• Step 2
Return to heart centred living, return to mindfulness and meditation when you need some guidance to feel whole again.
• Step 3
Surrender and let go of who you think you are or ought to be, this will allow you to return to wholeness; remove your ego persona and live from your heart.
• Step 4
Stay connected to your mind, body, spirit for true wholeness to emerge. A great way to practice this is through meditation, visualisations, hypnotherapy and yoga.
• Step 5
Be consistent and patient with your 'self'. Show compassion to your 'self' and tune into what feels good. You will know.
• Step 6
Have self-awareness with all that you do. Use your intuition and observation to guide you to the place of wholeness.
• Step 7
Learn to love your 'self' through it all, forgive your 'self' for when you were not feeling whole and well and focus on finding joy and wholeness in the little things in life.
