Measure 1/4 cup chia seeds with 1 cup of your favorite #plantbased milk – I use almond milk (unsweetened) & add 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla for a subtle sweet undertone.
Mix and leave it to set for 15 minutes – can also be prepared and left in fridge overnight!
