My heart is always #nourished when I #bake for my family – how about YOU?
So my latest #bakeandshare are these #vegan Peanut Butter & Tahini Oat Cookies.
So simple with only a handful of whole food organic ingredients.
These cookies are packed with minerals, potassium, fiber and are great tasting. Here’s what you’ll need:
1 1/2 cups organic crunchy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups organic hulled tahini
3 cups organic oat flour Kialla Pure Foods (simply blend the oats on your high speed blender – I use my Vitamix )
3/4 cup rice syrup or maple syrup Pureharvest
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
Simply mix all dry ingredients and then add wet ingredients until it all mixes into a dough. Roll into balls on baking trays lined with baking paper and then press with a fork to flatten.
Bake in pre-heated oven on 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
