Raw Vegan Nut Butter Almond Fudge Dessert – Gluten Free, Dairy Free & Refined sugar free
The perfect dessert to cure the sweet cravings, 100% organic, clean & no baking required…
Recipe:
1 1/2 cups almond meal
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup peanut butter or any nut butter
1/2 cup extra Virgin coconut oil
2 1/2 tbsp rice malt syrup
2 1/2 tbsp raw cacao
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
24 raw almonds sliced thinly to decorate
Mix all ingredients together in your vitamix or food processor and then pour into square container lined with baking paper. Decorate with almonds & refrigerate overnight to set. Remove and cut up into square portions.
