Recipe for my Hazelnut & Nut Butter Granola
1/2 light olive oil
1/2 cup maple syrup @pureharvest
2 cups organic oats @kiallapurefoods
Pinch fine pink salt
1 cup organic raw buckwheat groats
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 cup organic flaxseeds
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup organic coconut
2 tbsp raw organic cocoa powder
3/4 cup organic Peanut butter or Almond butter @mayversfood
Method:
Whisk maple syrup with oil, and then add nut butter.
Add in oats, nuts, seeds, powders and coconut onto lined tray and mix evenly. Bake on 200 degrees (pre-heated) for around 20 minutes, take out half way and give it a mix and return for remaining 10 minutes.
Allow it to cool and then place in sealed jar and enjoy with your fav fruits, mylk (or milk) and or yoghurt.
