How about some Raw Hazelnut Fudge for your Thursday guys?
I made this last week and we have only 1 slice left in the fridge, I wonder who’s going to eat it first…it’s a delicious #vegan treat made with only a handful of organic ingredients – just mix everything together in a bowl pour into a lined tray and freeze and that’s it you will enjoy a simple, decadent and healthy hazelnut chocolate treat, with no artificial preservatives or sugars.
Here’s the recipe if you want to try it – would make the perfect treat to have on Christmas day!
Vitalityandmore Hazelnut Fudge:
1 cup melted organic coconut oil
1 1/2 tsp organic vanilla essence
1/2 cup organic rice malt syrup Pureharvest
1 cup raw organic cocoa powder Loving Earth
3/4 cup organic hazelnut butter
3/4 cup raw organic dry roasted hazelnuts
Method:
Simply melt your coconut oil first and then place all the dry items in a bowl, add the vanilla, rice malt syrup and then the coconut oil and mix together until it binds. Pour into a lined tray and then add in the hazelnuts (press some in so you have a hidden crunch) and then finish the rest off on top.
Place in your freezer to set for about 30 minutes. Remove and slice up as pictured and enjoy. It really is a rich and decadent fudge so you can even cut them up into smaller portions – whatever you fancy really!
