Since some of you may have more time to #bake now in #selfisolation I thought to share this amazing Chocolate Brownie recipe with you all today – it’s super easy to make, #vegan #refinedsugarfree and made with REAL raw #cacao NOT cocoa which is filled with added sugars
Organic Cacao is 100% natural and a #superfood in its own right. Did you know that it’s an anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and high in magnesium, iron, zinc, potassium and copper just to name a few?
Sending love & #vitalityandmore your way for this #wellnesswednesday post, stay calm, stay well and bake xx

Here’s my Recipe:
2 cups spelt flour – I use @kiallapurefoods
1 cup organic cacao – I use @loving_earth
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup grape seed oil
1 1/4 cup organic maple syrup @pureharvest
1/2 cup coconut or almond milk @pureharvest
1 tbs pure vanillla
1 cup whole hazelnuts
You can mix it up and add different nuts as I’ve done in the last, walnuts or macadamia is also good or even frozen raspberries
Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees
Line your baking dish with baking paper
Sift and mix all dry ingredients and then add all wet ingredients – gently mix, don’t over-beat.
Pour the batter into your dish and bake for 30 min, remove and check with toothpick – if there is a little chocolate then that is a good sign it will be super fudgy and yummy!
Let it cool before you cut up into your desired size. Enjoy on it’s own or with a scoop of vanilla @pana_organic vegan ice-cream which is my favorite
