Chickpea & Fennel Green Salad

A typical lunch for me in the spring and summer months is a light fresh salad like this one pictured here today…🍃🍃This was made up of fresh organic sorrel from #mygarden chickpeas, red onion, fennel, golden carrot, edible flowers also from my little garden and a dressing of extra virgin olive oil, sea salt & fresh lemon juice 👌🏼Clean – Healthy, 💚Fresh food to fuel your #mindbodysoul
