This Beet & Strawberry Smoothie bowl was taking some inspiration from an amazing food photographer & blogger that I follow over on Instagram – The Kitchen Mccabe she posted a beet & berry smoothie not long ago, so this is my version of it, thank you for the inspo beautiful lady…
To make this you will need to blend in your Vitamix or similar blender the following, remember I use organic ingredients and hope that you can too…
2 small beetroot (pre-cooked)
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 tsp size fresh ginger
3/4 cup almond milk Pureharvest
Top with half kiwi fruit slices, blackberries, blueberries and puffed quinoa – just delicious now I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to incorporate beet into a smoothie bowl as I usually like to juice it raw instead as well as eat it any other way of-course!!!

On another note today marks the beginning for me of a new direction here friends, I will continue to share food and delicious creations but I will be focusing more on mindfulness, wellness and lifestyle.
