Mindfulness allows us to press pause on our busy days and re-set as many times as we need.
Learning to have awareness and ‘be’ present in the moment can be difficult at first, but once you begin to practice meditations and mindfulness you can use this as an important tool for grounding yourself and coming back to your heart centre.
When you truly master mindfulness and the art of ‘beingness’ you show up more, but with a different vibration. You become more intuitive and see the truth, you see what others don’t see.
Here is a simple meditation morning practice to allow you to tune in:

Firstly, sit in a quiet place, free from distractions, free from noise, free from your phone. Place your hand on your heart and begin to breathe gently, slowly and with ease.
Set an intention and sit with it.
Ask for guidance, ask for protection, ask for love. Again, breathe and release.
Each breath will search for the answers you seek. Each breath will bring you closer to your truth.
Notice how you are feeling. Are you feeling grounded, warm, cold, tense, in pain, pain-free, safe?
Give love to the areas of your body that feel cold, pain, tense, disconnected.
Tune in some more. Exhale anything that is worrying you.
Continue repeating this with this mantra: “I am safe, I am here now, I am love and I am enough”.
