Today I am sharing these Almond & Lemon Bliss Balls with you all, they are the perfect snack to make and leave in the fridge for the week, so easy using natural, raw and organic ingredients and homegrown fresh lemons I received.
Recipe:
Makes 20 bliss balls
1 cup raw organic cashews
1 cup raw organic almonds
8 organic dates
zest of 1 lemon
5 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp rice malt syrup Pureharvest
1 1/4 cup organic dessicated coconut (and extra for coating).
Simply blend the nuts together firstly in your Vitamix or blender on high speed and then add the dates and other ingredients. Once texture is right, remove, roll into balls and coat in coconut and keep refrigerated. Enjoy these yummy sweet & tangy healthy lemon bliss balls for your weekly snack!
