This is often when I see it most clearly: women living from the head, while the heart waits to be heard.
When the heart and brain are in coherence – working in harmony rather than opposition – the body feels safe. The mind softens. Decisions become clearer. Emotions regulate. We respond rather than react.
Heart-brain coherence is not something we can force. It’s something we allow – through presence, breath, awareness and gentle practices that signal safety to the nervous system.
