If only I could bake one now…
This one is my usual recipe I’ve shared before totally #plantbased #vegan and #refinedsugarfree with added chunks of roasted hazelnuts and dark chocolate
What extras do you add to make your #bananabread special?

So here’s my Recipe using #organic ingredients:
2 cups spelt flour Kialla Pure Foods
2 tsp baking soda
3 large or 4 small mashed bananas
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup coconut sugar (powdered down)
3/4 cup grape seed oil or light olive oil
1/4 cup almond milk Pureharvest
1/2 cup roughly chopped hazelnuts
1/4 cup roughly chopped dark #vegan chocolate
So simply just mix the wet ingredients in one bowl and add dry ingredients in another and fold through together, pour into a lined baking tin and bake for 55 min on 180 degrees.
