Remember that protecting your energy is a sacred practice and takes time, give yourself permission to lean in and protect your heart, be at ease and live peacefully.
• Tip 1
Make time to do the inner work, just sitting with your 'self' for 5-10 minutes, no meditation is needed and taking some conscious breaths in and out to can help open and protect your space.
• Tip 2
Try positive Affirmations to clear your space and start your day with an open and grateful heart. Be so fully committed to this practice that if anyone said something to you, which would otherwise bother you, won't because you've already protected your energy and space.
• Tip 3
Understand that you are worthy of protecting your peace; it's a form of Self-Care and Self-Respect. The more time you dedicate to yourself - the more higher you will vibrate.
• Tip 4
Burn Palo Santo or other things such as sage to clear away any bad energy that you may have allowed into your space, your home, your aura, your workplace. Whatever feels, smells good for you.
• Tip 5
Learn to say no to others and yes to YOU. Set healthy, practical and conscious boundaries that work for you, be intentional when you practice this, it's the only way it will work.
• Tip 6
Chant mantras or move your body to shake out the stale energy that could have been keeping you stuck.
• Tip 7
Journal, whatever you are feeling to release any blocked emotions or energy from your mind, your body, your spirit.
