How do you connect to your Heart?
When we are deeply and fully connected, we are able to let go of what isn't serving us and surrender into what is.
Are you in Flow?
When you are in flow with yourself, with your heart, life flows with you and through you, you become magnetic and attract all that your heart desires.
How are you Nourishing your Heart?
Is it through joy, connection, wholefoods, fun, love, nature, movement, journalling?
Remember it is YOUR job to return to your heart, no one or no-thing can do it for you, the more you are able to reflect and connect into your heart space the happier and healthier you become.
So, make the time for you, make the time to return to your heart, it has all the answers you are seeking.
