Recipe for our indulgent, refined sugar free fudge, sweetened only with dates, loaded with cacao which is full of anti-oxidants, dairy-free and gluten free, is sure to satisfy all taste-buds.

Recipe:
1 cup activated buckwheat
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 cup pre-soaked dates
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup raw cacao powder
1 cup coconut oil (melted)
1/4 cup cacao butter (melted)
Method:
Simply blitz dates, then add peanut butter, melted coconut oil, cacao powder, vanilla and melted cacao butter, mix together, add buckwheat at the end and lightly blitz again through blender altogether, until you have an even consistent mix.
Pour into lined square tin and freeze for about 10 minutes until fully set, remove cut up into desired sizes and keep refrigerated until ready to serve enjoy!
