We understand that it's a busy time of year for everyone, but let this year be different.

Make some time to do some Reflection;

Make some time for Self-Care;

Make some time for Energy work;

Make some time to Tune in to your heart;

Make some time to connect to your divine spirit and source of energy;

The truth is the more reflection we do, the more we heal. And whilst we understand that you may not want to be reading about this right now, we hope that you can tune in and have a read after all the Christmas "hoo-ha" is over.

Self-Care Tips for the Festive Season

• 10 Minute Daily Pause (if you cannot Meditate; then this will be enough) 

• Learn to say 'No'

• Spend quality & mindful time with loved ones

• Nourishing your Temple with a little less sugary treats and one's made from wholefoods          

• Stay Present to all that is 

• Go for daily walks; fresh air

• Love yourself through it all
