Inner Peace is the new Wealth
With so much negative noise going on in the world, it's important to nurture your inner being......

So here we are, almost at the end of another year and what a year it is panning out to be. With so much social unrest and the war in Israel, some days we may find it difficult to stay calm, grounded and have inner peace.  Everywhere we turn, the news, radio, social media, we are confronted with so many horrific images of innocent lives being lost.

We would like to acknowledge what is happening and send our prayers and love to those in need right now.  What we would also like to do in this newsletter is offer you some tips on how you can foster and nurture inner peace yourself at home, without feeling guilty. 

Self-Care Tips to Nurture Inner Peace

First things first - limit your daily intake of the news, radio or social media, especially if it's too depressing and only circulating news around fear and negativity.  We are not suggesting for one moment that you ignore what is going on, show compassion from your heart, if there is a way that you can assist do so, but then focus on YOUR wellbeing and Inner Peace.  Inner Peace cannot be nurtured if you follow accounts that constantly share negative news - so choose how you spend your energy on and off the screen, wisely.

Next, here's a few of our suggestions on how to nurture your inner peace:

• An Evening Meditation 

• Amplify Your Daily Gratitude Practice

• Spend time Outdoors   

• Be with Loved Ones        

• Cook your favourite food

• Start an Edible Garden

• Read books that are uplifting

Find good in all the little things and learn to focus on what is really important to YOU, no matter what is going on in the world outside.
